Birdsoup is a career consultancy organisation for women offering consultancy, training, coaching and profiling for employees and organisations. In April 2020 Jem Bahaijoub Consulting was hired to devise and implement a B2B and B2C social media campaign for Birdsoup.
Goals:
Position the company’s founders as industry experts.
Promote Birdsoup’s online training programs.
Increase traffic to the Birdsoup website in order to encourage newsletter sign-ups.

40% increase in Instagram following, 370% growth in reach, 68% growth in impressions, 58% increase in actions on page.
