Birdsoup

In April 2020 Jem Bahaijoub Consulting was hired to devise and implement an initial 3 month B2B and B2C social media campaign for Birdsoup.

We identified the following social media goals:

  • Increase brand awareness of Birdsoup
  • Position the company’s founders as industry experts
  • Promote Birdsoup’s online training programs
  • Increase traffic to the Birdsoup website in order to encourage newsletter sign-ups

The Strategy

The strategy was to drive social media conversation, credibility and brand awareness via value-driven, mix-media content. We achieved this by:

  • Humanising The Birdsoup Brand
  • Building social proof of concept
  • Implementing a ‘Pillar’ Content method
